Hashing changes the format of contact details but does not make this processing anonymous.

We use this information to attribute enquiries, registrations, and purchases to campaigns, prevent duplicate conversion counting, measure advertising effectiveness, and improve campaign relevance. We do not send message content, WhatsApp contact lists, payment card details, or sensitive form content to advertising platforms for this purpose.

6. Service Providers and Transfers

We use service providers including Google/Firebase and Meta for analytics and advertising measurement. They may process information in countries outside your location under their applicable terms and data-protection safeguards. We also use hosting, email, fraud-prevention, and payment providers as needed to operate the service.

We retain lead and campaign-attribution records only for as long as reasonably necessary for sales follow-up, measurement, security, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. Retention periods may differ for account, transaction, and statutory records. You may contact us to request details applicable to your information.
