Overview

The Shopify integration automatically syncs your store's products, categories, and orders with your WACM WhatsApp store. Changes in Shopify are reflected in real-time via webhooks.

Setup Steps

Get Your Company ID

Find your company ID in the WACM dashboard under Settings → Profile.

Configure Shopify Webhooks

In Shopify Admin, go to Settings → Notifications → Webhooks and add the following:

Webhook URL

https://api.wacm.in/shop/webhooks/shopify/{your_company_id}

Add Webhook Events

Subscribe to these events:

products/create
products/update
products/delete
orders/create
orders/updated

Verify Connection

Create a test product in Shopify and verify it appears in your WACM dashboard.

Webhook Security

All Shopify webhooks are verified via HMAC-SHA256 signature to ensure request authenticity. No additional authentication required.

HMAC Verification

WACM verifies the X-Shopify-Hmac-SHA256 header on all incoming Shopify webhooks before processing.
