Setup Steps

Get Your Company ID

Find your company ID in the WACM dashboard under Settings → Profile.

Configure WooCommerce Webhooks

In WordPress Admin, go to WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → Webhooks and add:

Webhook URL

https://app.wacm.in/shop/webhooks/woo/{your_webhook_token}

Add Webhook Topics

Create webhooks for these topics:

Product created
Product updated
Product deleted
Order created
Order updated

Activate & Test

Set webhook status to "Active" and create a test product to verify the connection.

Webhook Security

WooCommerce HMAC-SHA256 validation is enforced when a webhook secret is configured in WACM. Set the same secret in WooCommerce and WACM Shop integration settings before enabling webhooks.

Secret Key

Copy the generated webhook URL from WACM Shop integration settings; its token is not your company ID. Configure the same webhook secret in WACM and WooCommerce so WACM validates incoming signatures.
