Know who owns every enquiry and what happens next

Organize sales work around enquiries linked to your contacts and conversations. Start with a Lead tracker, Sales or Appointments pipeline, assign an owner and schedule the next follow-up with a due time and responsible member.

A practical daily workspace

  • My day: Review overdue work, upcoming follow-ups, missing next actions and unassigned enquiries within your access.
  • Lead list and quick view: Search and filter enquiries, review recent history, add a note or update a stage without losing your place.
  • Enquiry detail: Keep requirements, internal notes, tasks and the activity timeline together.
  • Pipeline: Review stage progress and use explicit stage updates to keep the board accurate.

Capture, review and assign leads

Open an enquiry from a contact or conversation. Use import and adoption previews to inspect duplicates and row errors before explicit confirmation. Configure inbound capture with a dry run and reviewed assignment rules.

Build follow-up automation deliberately

Get started offers Assigned follow-up, Upcoming follow-up, Overdue follow-up and New enquiry recipes. Each installs as a disabled draft. Choose the recipient, select an approved template, map permitted fields and preview with a sample enquiry before explicit publication. Enabling a flow is separate from publishing it.

Team reminders require the member’s own opt-in, verified work number and current enquiry access. Customer messages require separate marketing eligibility and consent; internal notes are unavailable as customer message variables. Workspace rollout and delivery approval apply.

Understand the funnel

Review intake, outcomes, conversion, sources and stage age with the supported report filters. Check coverage notices and use enquiry history to understand where work stalls. Reports help teams review their process; outcomes depend on how the team follows through.

Follow the complete CRM tutorial: first enquiry, daily work, notifications, draft flows, campaigns and reporting.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I start with basic CRM knowledge?
Choose one starter pipeline, create an enquiry for an existing contact, assign its owner, add a note and schedule the next follow-up. Use My day to work through due tasks. The CRM guide walks through each step.
Will adding a follow-up automatically send WhatsApp?
Adding a follow-up records work. Sending requires a matching published and enabled flow, an approved template, an eligible recipient and an approved workspace rollout. Installing a starter draft does not send anything.
Can the enquiry owner and task assignee be different?
Yes. The enquiry owner is accountable for the opportunity; a follow-up can be assigned to another member. Notification recipients are selected explicitly.
Can I send campaigns to all imported leads?
Importing a lead does not grant marketing consent. Preview the audience and review consent, subscription, suppression and cooldown exclusions before confirming outreach.
Why might CRM be unavailable in my workspace?
Availability depends on company rollout and your role. Ask the workspace owner to check access and installation readiness. Production activation is separate from code deployment.
